Why is everybody trash on heists?

Obvious exaggeration, but somebody please help me understand why it's even possible to go a whole hour+ joining heists and end up spending more money on ammo than what is received from the setups that actually get completed.

Prison break? Setups are finished flawlessly. Finale? Either the prison crew is constantly dying, the pilot crashes the velum or doesn't know how to fly in circles and ends up getting shot down, or demolitions doesn't know where to take the chopper when it's time to go. Last finale I played we did everything right and when I brought the helicopter down to pick up the buddies at the end of the mission, ______ dies. The other day in the same scenario, one person died from parachuting and then respawnrd and ran off the edge of the cliff 😂🤣🥺

Fleeca job? Driver takes 15 minutes for the hacking part. Why?

HLaR? Ground team member jumps before it's time and then does the same thing again if we restart. Pilot doesn't know how to position the chopper to allow the gunner to accurately eliminate enemies. Ground team member drowns because they don't know to dive all the way to the bottom, and after restarting and messaging them in a friendly manner to dive to the bottom of the pool, they leave. Why?

Pacific standard? Nobody knows how to ride motorcycles. Everybody that takes any route outside of the given yellow route ends up dying. Mfs die a few times and then leave. I'm not even going to get started on the convoy setup.

Series A Funding? Either the driver or the browning shooter doesn't know what the hell they're doing. Nobody knows that you can literally not shoot any enemies and still make the the whole trip successfully. Same with the pacific standard.

After doing these missions only a handful of times each, they are all easy af. What the hell is wrong with people? And they could be level 11 or level 1157. Same thing happens. Someone please help me understand. I barely just got active in gta online about 4-5 months ago, but I don't think that's sposed to matter. Ayúdame por favor porque no entiendo
