Apartment heists are Dead

I have noticed that there is 1 put of 1000 or 2000 players who is actually interested in doing apartment heists. These heists are good for a beginner to get money. But I have waited for atleast an half hour so someone could join me to do the heist i have tried setting it up several times but players join and leave. I guess nobody is intrested in doing those anymore. They were such OG heists. I always create a new character just so i can play them again like a beginner.
